Residence Virgilio
The Residence Virgilio is located in Toscolano Maderno in an exceptional and elevated position compared to the Lake, which allows guests to enjoy one of the most beautiful views of the Western Garda Riviera aiming at the towns of Torri, Garda, Lazise, Peschiera, Sirmione and Desenzano, although with a minimum distance from the lake: only 1.5 km!
The Residence Virgilio, is an anti-seismic construction in Class A, made with particular attention to eco-sustainability: solar panels, condensing boilers, underfloor heating, air conditioning with latest-generation Inverter system.
The Residence Virgilio offers hospitality in 4 three-room apartments of over 100 square meters, all equipped with every comfort, such as dark curtains and overhangs to ensure privacy and quiet sleep, free WI-FI and well-equipped kitchens.
Each apartment is furnished in a modern but cozy style and has a private panoramic terrace of 40 sqm overlooking the lake, furnished with quality garden furniture, umbrella and deck chairs, table and chairs.
On the roof of the residence, is available in summer a beautiful terrace overlooking the lake with solarium for common use, equipped with two magnificent Jacuzzi (6 and 8 seats), umbrellas and sunbeds, perfect for relaxing sunbathing. The Residence also has a convenient outdoor private parking and double garage with remote controlled damper, available on request.
The entire structure can be used by people with disabilities thanks to the total lack of steps or slopes, the elevator with control panel and the large size of the access doors to the rooms.
